As our Executive Director for Safe Families Canada, Phillip Fearon has an extensive background in executive business and Christian charity leadership that aligns with SFC’s mission and vision. Phillip’s experience comprises two key periods. First, Phillip led IT/business services in Canada for a global outsourcing firm, providing experience in strategic planning, innovation for continual improvement and best practices for growing organizations.
Secondly, Phillip has led in Christian organizations, from private Christian education to a more recent senior executive role with a Christian organization focused on poverty alleviation for people in crises in Toronto. Phillip is also a pastor at his local church and holds a master’s degree in theology. Phillip has a passion and love for people and brings a servant leader’s heart to Safe Families Canada. Phillip seeks to advance SFC’s mission as a demonstration of God’s love and manifestation of God’s light to the world, toward transforming lives.
Phillip has been married to his wife, Camille, for over 30 years. They have four young adult children. Phillip enjoys travel, reading, writing, teaching, sports, playing chess and long walks with his Siberian Husky, Levi. Deo Omnis Gloria – to God be all Glory!
