Family Placement Coordinator, Okanagan Chapter

Reporting to the Chapter Director, the Family Placement Coordinator is responsible for the active placing of children in temporary, safe and loving homes while their parent/guardian gets back on their feet. This involves overseeing the intake processes and assessments of referrals, managing case files and work to create a circle of support made up of volunteers, churches and community support. Processing volunteer applications and involvement in volunteer trainings is also be a part of this position.

Chapter Director, London ON

The Chapter Director will honor God by connecting local churches with families in crisis, driving the growth and establishment of Safe Families Canada. As a key member of the National Team, the Chapter Director will report to the Regional Director and oversee all aspects of the local chapter’s development, ensuring families in crisis are surrounded by a supportive and compassionate community. Responsibilities include leading staff and volunteers, managing donor relationships, strategic planning, and ensuring financial sustainability.

The ideal candidate is a relational, strategic, and mission-driven leader who thrives in faith-based ministry and
brings strong organizational, fundraising, and team-building skills.
